I've been back in Sweden for two weeks now, and as much as I love being back home and to see my family again I have found myself pretty restless. 1 month of holiday/temporary unemployment is definitely enough! I am very excited for the summer-festival-madness to start again!

But in these times of boredom I have found creativity again, and I'm very happy about that. Lately I've started lots of projects from dying my hair pink to sketching, crocheting and sewing. These are all things I used to do all the time before, but never really get around to doing any more. Everyone should definitely take time to let themselves be creative every once in a while. It's a fun way to relax and when you're finished you have something pretty to be proud of (most of the time haha). I will upload some photos of my little may collection soon.

No pain, no gain..

..or something like that. Today I got another tattoo from Tomas at The North Tattoos in Luleå. Tomas has done most of my tattoos and I'm always happy with his work. Whenever I come back to Sweden I make sure to get at little work done. Today's piece is all wrapped up, but I will post a picture of my lovely burlesque girl once it's healed.

I have finally managed to put an edit together. Editing and technology may not be my strongest side so please don't judge. I just tried to make something fun with the footage I had. Snowboarding brings so much  freedom and happiness into my life and I wanted to share that with everyone in video-form! Enjoy!

End of season

This seasons' weather has been completely unpredictable and crazy. It's been snowy, rainy, windy, cold, sunny, rainy, hot, sunny again and then to finish it all off loads of powder!? Sick powder and fun days in the Avoriaz Stah at the end of April? When does that ever happen? This Global warming is seriously messing with us. The lifts closed on the 22nd but with the amounts of snow left up there the resort could definitely have been open for another month! 

Not only did I get some very good days of snowboarding at the end of this season, I also managed to get in a few nice days of skiing. And as wrong as it feels to say this, the skis are growing on me.. Its' never going to be the same as boarding, but the more days I get on skis and the more confident I get, the more fun I have! I even tried some boxes and 180s the last day and had such a good time!

It's been busy lately. Riding until the very last day, end of season parties, farewell dinners and celebrating my 22nd birthday. 

Now when all the fun is over for this season it's time to pack our bags and leave this lovely country with bitter-sweet feelings. 
I've got plenty of footage and photos to go through the next couple of weeks, and I promise to put some goodies up here soon! But now I have to get back to my already seriously overweight-luggage..
